Bullying, Battering and Mobbing are 3 ways of harassment
- Bullying→ physical or psychological abuse among schoolchildren performed repeatedly over a period of time
- Battering→ type of violence which involves physical contact
- Mobbing→ psychological or even physical violence, which produced fear, contempt, or discouragement on the employee, to his job. It can occur inside or outside of this job during a period of time
